My name is Jake, and I am the compliance officer for Big Ambitions. My role within the company is to make sure that everyone within the company follows and complies with the correct policies and laws of the country. I also monitor and check our key worker’s profiles of all clients to make sure they are correct and are not missing, or have any incorrect details are on them. I also offer help and support to our key workers to help find solutions to problems to help our clients and move them into work.

I originally trained as an Infrastructure Technician and worked as an apprentice for a large global manufacturing company, and due to training at work and studying on my course, I learned lots of regulations, acts, policies, and laws to comply with the company and country. This has allowed me to work and learn at Big Ambitions to help others and take on new challenges.

Hobbies/Interests: Computer building, playing video games, and reading.
