Hi, my name is Ian, and I am a Specialist Keyworker in Mental health for Big Ambitions CIC!

I started employment with Big Ambitions in 2017 and during my career, I have worked on various contracts throughout the years and specialised in mental health, learning difficulties, and disabilities.

Currently supporting a caseload of customers with Mental Health into employment through the Council lead Sheffield Working IPS programme. This includes 121 appointments and setting tailored action plans based on our customers’ needs supporting their mental health and moving closer to sustainable employment.

I also support all our clients with improving their employability skills including CV, job searching, and interview techniques, and personal development, and also deliver our Behavioural Change Programme’s – Currently Healthy Mind 24/7 which focuses on health and well-being activities.
